Returns are as simple as 1 - 2 - 3!
If you are not happy with your purchase (within the first 14 days of receiving it) and wish to return it, simply call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
You will then ship the item(s) back to us for a refund of your purchase price minus the shipping and handling fees that we paid on your behalf due to our free shipping policy. In other words, if we paid $20.00 to ship your item(s) to you, your credit will be minus that amount.
All item(s) must be returned with 14 days of delivery for a refund. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount (excluding shipping and handling charges) to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please note, we do not accept:
- Items that have been used or laundered
- Diaper Cakes that have been disassembled
- Items that have been personalized for you
- Binsi Maternity Wear if the tags have been removed
Items that are not returned with the original packaging intact will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
