It is our intention you enjoy your experience and purchases enough to tell others! How much do you charge for shipping? We provide Free Shipping without the need for you to have "free shipping codes" or "free shipping coupons" and with no minimum order requirements for the folks living in the lower 48 states. All items are shipped Ground. For faster shipping than Ground, please contact us for rates. If you live outside the lower 48 states, in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, please contact us for shipping options. Do you ship products internationally? Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working hard with UPS and FedEx to be able to ship internationally at some time in the near future. How long does it take to receive my item(s)? After we receive your approved payment, your order is processed and shipped from one of our warehouses within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All items are shipped Ground, which can take 7 - 10 days, depending on where you live. Add 2 to 3 weeks for items you wish to have personalized. If you need faster service, feel free to call us and we will do what we can to accommodate you. Can I return an item(s)? If you are not happy with your purchase (within the first 14 days of receiving it) and wish to return it, simply call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You will then ship the item(s) back to us for a refund of your purchase price minus the shipping and handling fees that we paid on your behalf due to our free shipping policy. In other words, if we paid $30.00 to ship your item(s) to you, your credit will be minus that amount. All item(s) must be returned with 14 days of delivery for a refund. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount (excluding shipping and handling charges) to the credit card used for the original purchase. We do not accept returned items that have been used or laundered - no exceptions. Items that are not returned with the original packaging intact will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please Note: Items that have been personalized for you are not returnable. The BINSI® Maternity Wear is not returnable if tags have been removed. How long will my refund take? Our general refund processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the time your return is received in our warehouse. You will then see a refund on your next credit card billing statement or if you used PayPal, it will be credited to your PayPal account. Thank you for your patience. Sales Tax Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Maryland (5%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Maryland. All other states are tax-exempt.
