What is the free shipping all about?

We make it easy to stretch your baby gift budget by always providing you with free shipping to the lower 48 states.  You have the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery. 

What are my payment options?

Simply Unique Baby Gifts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.


Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders shipped to destinations within the state of Texas are charged 6.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax.

Are online transactions secure?

Simply Unique Baby Gifts assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records. Please read our security and privacy policy for details.

Can I order by phone?

Orders can be placed over the phone by calling our toll free number 866-476-0213. One of our friendly and helpful customer care representatives can assist you with your order.


Do you offer discount coupons on your baby gifts and favors?

We offer a Customer Rewards Program whereby you can earn rewards and learn about exclusive deals. All of these benefits PLUS free shipping (lower 48 states) is what makes us your best choice for unique baby gifts.

Will I receive an email confirmation for my order?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please review your order details carefully and contact customer service immediately if you wish to make any changes. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, you will receive a second email containing delivery and tracking information. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the buyer's email address.

What is the currency for all prices?

All prices listed on our Simply Unique Baby Gifts's website are quoted in US Dollars.


Shipping & Fulfillment:

How do I check on the status of my order?

We send tracking information to the email address you used to place your order. You can also check on the status on your order by visiting the order status page link in the email receipt you received when you placed your order. For any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us.

What are my shipping options?

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. You may also upgrade your shipping in the shopping cart if you wish. Please contact us regarding shipments outside of the Continental U.S. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Our carriers require a physical shipping address.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email, provided you have entered one, containing tracking number(s) which will allow you to track your order. Some items ship separately and you may receive multiple emails with more than one tracking number. You may also check the status of your order on our order status page.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each product on our website has a specific processing time, as noted in the item description section of each product page under "Processing Time." Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Will my items ship together?

Sometimes, but most often, the answer is no due to the different processing times each item has. Ready to ship items leave the warehouse quickly. Personalized items take longer. 

May I makes changes or cancel my order?

Possibly, though we can never guarantee this. If your order has not been processed or personalized, we can typically make changes. For cancellations, cancellation fees may apply. Please contact customer service ASAP at 866-476-0213 for specific inquiries.

What if my order is undeliverable?

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address provided by you, the order will be returned to us. The purchaser is responsible for any return and reshipping fees charged by the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase from Simply Unique Baby Gifts, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused, and in original packaging material.

All items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price minus the original shipping fees we paid on your behalf will be credited to you as either a store credit to apply to another SimplyUniqueBabyGifts.com order or as a credit to the card that was used to make the original purchase. Expedited shipping fees or rush fees that were paid are not refundable unless we did not meet the deadline date you provided in the shopping cart, according to the delivery date as shown by the tracking number. A re-stocking charge may also apply to some larger items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

If you need to get authorization to return a gift you received, please ask the person who purchased the gift to call us with their order number and credit card information so we can issue a refund to their credit card.

All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number. You can request an RA number by calling Toll Free: 1-866-476-0213. If any of the items you purchase from Simply Unique Baby Gifts are defective, we will be happy to provide a replacement for you with the exception of screen printed glassware which will be credited if damaged. Please email us at support@simplyuniquebabygifts.com for return instructions.

Please note, we are unable to accept:

* Items that have been used or laundered

* Diaper cakes that have been disassembled

* Personalized items

* Partial order returns

* Other items that are non-returnable and non-refundable include edible, cosmetic, and personal care items. 

Should you receive a product that appears to be damaged in-transit, please contact us immediately. Be sure to have your invoice, order number and shipment tracking number available. We will file a claim with the carrier and order an item replacement for you.

You can either accept the cartons as damaged or you can refuse them. If you do not note damage on the freight bill, the freight carrier may only accept partial responsibility for the merchandise. You must understand that it is your responsibility to inspect all goods before signing off on the shipment.

Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you, when necessary, regarding your order. We will NEVER sell, lease or disclose your email address to any party ever. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) will be used only for billing purposes and are not stored on our servers.

We do not have a retail storefront and cannot make sales in person. Orders can only be taken online or by phone and shipped direct from our warehouses and designer facilities, which are located in various parts of the USA.
