How much do you charge for shipping?
We provide Free Shipping without the need for you to have "free shipping codes" or "free shipping coupons" and with no minimum order requirements for the folks living in the lower 48 states. All items are shipped Ground.
For faster shipping than Ground, please contact us for rates.
If you live outside the lower 48 states, in Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, please contact us for shipping options.
Do you ship products internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working hard with UPS and FedEx to be able to ship internationally at some time in the near future.
How long does it take to receive my item(s)?
After we receive your approved payment, your order is processed and shipped from one of our warehouses within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All items are shipped Ground, which can take 7 - 10 days, depending on where you live. Add 2 to 3 weeks for items you wish to have personalized. If you need faster service, feel free to call us and we will do what we can to accommodate you.
Can I return an item(s)?
Returns are as simple as 1 - 2 - 3! Your satisfaction is Guaranteed!
If you are unhappy with your purchase from Simply Unique Baby Gifts you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging material.
All items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. The full purchase price minus the original shipping fees will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase. A re-stocking charge of up to 15% may also apply if item has been removed from its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the merchandise is defective, damaged in transit, or a result of our error). Therefore customers should insure all returns for the purchase price of the product to protect you in the event of loss or damage.
All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number. You can request an RA number by calling Toll Free: 1-866-476-0213 or 1-410-634-1640. If any of the items you purchase from Simply Unique Baby Gifts is defective, we will be happy to provide a replacement for you. Please email us or call us for return instructions.
Please note, we are unable to accept:
- Items that have been used or laundered
- Diaper Cakes that have been disassembled
- Items that have been personalized for you
- Binsi Maternity Wear if the tags have been removed
Should you receive a product that appears to be damaged in-transit, please contact us immediately. Be sure to have your invoice, order number and shipment tracking number available. We will file a claim with the carrier and order a item replacement for you.
Special attention is needed for the large products shipped by motor freight carrier, such as large furniture or large toys. It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully! Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill BEFORE the driver leaves.
You can either accept the cartons as damaged or you can refuse them. If you do not note damage on the freight bill, the freight carrier may only accept partial responsibility for the merchandise. You must understand that it is your responsibility to inspect all goods before signing off on the shipment.
How long will my refund take?
Our general refund processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the time your return is received in our warehouse. You will then see a refund on your next credit card billing statement or if you used PayPal, it will be credited to your PayPal account. Thank you for your patience.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Maryland (6%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Maryland. All other states are tax-exempt.
